Having experts available who know the markets and can analyse your personnel circumstances to save you trawling the internet and learning what the providers require takes the stress out of buying your first property. Recommendations
Your personal circumstances will dictate who we make recommendations for. There are 500 lenders in the market and each of them have different underwriting criteria. We recommend the lender that is the cheapest but most importantly that will say yes.

Application process
The application process for a mortgage can be an onerous process if you don't know what the lenders require. We package the deal so that they have everything they need from day one to speed up the process and so there is no backwards and forwards. All of this is done to make the application process as smooth as possible.
Lender liaison
Lenders criteria is a moving target and they will continue to ask questions through the process, we do all of this for you so you can concentrate more on furnishing your new house than answering numerous questions.

Once you own your house one of the most important things is that you have all the right protection in place. We will insure not only your life and if you were to get a critical illness but your income if you are unable to work because the last thing you want after you have bought your dream house is to lose it. All mortgages have to have building and contents cover.

We charge a fee for all our mortgage advice to cover the administration costs involved in working on your behalf to get you the right product. Our fees range from £99 to £750 depending on the product and complexity required.
