Protection

I acknowledge that I have been recommended by Apex Mortgage & Protection UK Ltd to take protection on my mortgage however I decline the recommended product(s) at this time because:

I already have sufficient protection in placeI do not wish to take the protection recommended by Apex at this time and I am aware that I do not have sufficient protection in placeI will source my own protection

I am aware that by not taking out the recommended protection presented to me that I am at risk if certain circumstances occur.

Wills

I acknowledge that I have been recommended by Apex Mortgage & Protection UK Ltd to ensure I have a Will in place however I have declined to set this up or review my previsions at this time because:

I have an existing Will in place and it has been updated in the last two yearsI do not wish to put a Will in place at this time and I am aware of the risk

By filling out this document, you agree to accept liability for the above and will not seek to impose any liability or blame on Apex Mortgage & Protection UK Ltd.
